It is a nice looking helmet and the fit is surperb. Delivery was very quick. When I called I got Eric on the phone who gave me great customer service. Way to go Eric.

But a click on the visor and open the face shield one notch really clears things up. I definitely sugg. this to all riders. The Smoke under shield could be darker also. 4 out of 5 for sure though.   Comments about HJC IS-33 HelmetThis helmet is a big improvement over the my 30 year old HJC helmet. The integrated visor does a good job of shielding my face from the wind, the retractable sunshield works very well and does away with the need for sunglasses, but it needs to come down just a bit lower. The visor does fog a bit when you first put it on but that quickly dissipates once you are moving. The visibility is very good and it almost seems like there is nothing in front of your face, it's that clear. The helmet sticker says it is wind tunnel tested and indeed it must be because at highway speeds there is no buffeting at all, just a smooth airflow over the helmet. The fit is very snug and it is a little difficult to get the helmet on and off but I think that will improve with a bit more wear. I have glasses and I find that I have to put the helmet on first and then fit the glasses on after the helmet is in place. This is a bit of a pain. I haven't used the helmet in the rain so I can't speak to its wet weather performance. The color I wanted wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for several months but black worked just a well with my bike. In summary, I am very pleased with the helmet, and would certainly recommend it to others.

  Comments about HJC IS-33 HelmetI've been wearing this helmet for about 3 weeks and it's my first helmet. At first I was worried it was way too tight, but as i've been using it for a couple weeks now it's lost it's stiffness and fits perfect. I live in southern Canada and sometimes on the colder mornings closer to 0 it fogs up when I come to a red light, or just as i get going. I really love the sun-visor, it helps alot on bright days. I'd recommend this helmet to anyone.
