Comments about Icon Bombshell Motorcycle BootsObviously these are sexy boots but it's a stretch to consider these as riding boots. I bought these boots because i thought they looked good and would be ideal for riding to work and for the extra hight they could provide me on my ZX 7r. Unfortunately, the wedge heel is very narrow and the sole would have greatly benefited from a material that provided greater traction. I find myself paying close attention to my feet when I come to a stop to make sure that I don't roll an ankle or slide on the pavement. Personally, i'd rather be concentrating on more important things while riding. They are ok on the pegs and fine for shifting but they just feel too high. At this point, I have only used them three times choosing to ride in my flat sole boots 95% of the time so perhaps with more use, I will become more comfortable in them. Some pros to be mentioned include, great fit in terms of being true to size, nice looking, and they appear to be well made.
