The Regulator Vest is one of those profound products creates its own dimension. At first glance, it's apparent that this is no mere "Fat Brother Bob's Cruiser" vest. The Regulator is made of the same premium 1.4mm leather we use on our bulletproof Motorhead Jackets. It also houses the same hard back armor plate used in our Field Armor Vest. This back armor is removable; doing so reveals a large back panel-perfect access for attaching a club patch, or whatever you and think up. Also featured are two cross-draw pistol pockets up front. Now you can retrieve your smokes confidently, without resorting to the infamous "chicken-wing arm" technique. The Regulator Vest is sized to rock over your jacket, or just use the side fit adjustment straps to wear it alone.
Comments about Icon Regulator Motorcycle VestThis is great vest to wear when going for a leisurely ride when the weather is hot. I like to be comfortable when it's hot - not constantly thinking about how hot I am. I know it is not as protective as a leather riding jacket, but we all make choices. Enough about that, this is a great vest made with nice leather and a back protector built in (removeable). The sizing runs big - I usually wear a medium/large and I ordered the small/ medium after reading other reviews. Just for reference I am 5, 11 and 175 pounds. The vest fits great and is very comfortable. It has velcro adjusters on the side that make it fit to your body style. I am now a happy camper when riding in hot weather!
