  Comments about Joe Rocket Ballistic PantsDecent fit and protection. Unfortunately the pants are only waterproof with the liner installed, which makes them much too hot to wear during summer/hot days.

  Comments about Joe Rocket Ballistic PantsIf you live in Canada or anywhere for that matter where winter is the longest season of the year, then you will no doubt know that early spring and late fall riding can be quite cold. As the owner of a Harley Davidson I have learned over the years that the standard issue appparel of the cruiser crowd leaves a bit to be desired for protection from inclement weather. Not being a fairweather rider means I need more than a pair of leather chaps and the defacto leather biker jacket to keep me happy on a long cold ride.The ballistic 10.0 pants from Joe Rocket fit the bill perfectly! They are stylish, well made and above all warm!!The fit is excellent.I went with the online measurments provided on the JR website and ordered 2 sizes above what I would wear in a pair of jeans and find them very comfortable while riding.The full length zippers along the legs allow for easy entry and exit with boots on and the velcro adjustment straps at the waist and on the legs allow for finite adjustments to get that custom fit.Overall they are a great looking pant and they have performed exactly as I had hoped.
