Seems well made and has grommets and comes with two small bunji's to fasten underneath. could be locked with a cable lock. Looks real nice on the bike and so far holding up well. I would recommend his cover

We use to cover the bikes when travelling and they provide good water and dirt protection, and maybe provide a little security. Considering they are full covers they do not take up too much space when in their travel bag. Worth the lost T-bag space to keep the bikes clean and safe.

Cover is perfect, price is great. Bought a large. Fits perfectly on my 03 Shadow Spirit. I don't have a windshield or a backrest, you may want to consider the next size up if you do have those items.
