Comments about Scorpion Monroe PantsFantastic pants that work in warm weather, freezing weather, and downpours. The liner inside keeps you warm during cold weather and dry during rain, and can be removed during the warmer months to stay cool along with the vents that can be opened. Even without the liner, you stay fairly dry during rain. They look nice and the reflecting piping allows you to stay noticed a bit more at night. The knee pads and hip pads are great and the pants are generally very comfortable. I can wear pants underneath and they fit even with the liner and are generally true to size with the exception of the waist size. I have a 29" in-seam and wear medium overpants and they fit just fine length wise. The only gripe I have with these pants, as mentioned above, is the waist sizing. The length is generally fine, even for shorter riders (tall riders can get the tall pants, short riders are fine, as I am one) and lines up with their sizing chart. The waist size generally needs another inch and a half to accommodate belts. I have a 32" waist, and the medium says it accommodates 32-33", but if you plan on wearing pants with a belt underneath, it's going to be a little tight. The pants are certainly better if you are an average to athletic body type. If you do wear pants/belt underneath, you can pull the pants up above them which provides more protection anyway and allows connection to the strap on the back of Scorpion jackets. Certainly a recommended buy, but if you have a bigger than average waistline, might be a little tight for you and you may want to go up a size if your in-seam length can afford it.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
