Comments about Thor Quadrant CE Elbow GuardsI found these Thor elbow protectors a bit small at first but once you adjust it properly (just play around with the straps) it fits well. Although it comes with an instruction book, it is pretty much useless. The instructions cover every model under the sun except for this one but there's nothing complicated about it.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
